International flight students

Enrollment and TSA Processing Support

Begin the administrative process for flight training with DuBois Aviation. Our team will review your enrollment information, coordinate required TSA Flight Training Security Program steps, and explain what must be completed before training can begin.

What the $500 processing fee covers

This is not a government fee. TSA, SEVIS, visa, knowledge-test, examiner, and other third-party charges are separate and are paid according to the applicable agency or provider instructions.

How the process works

  1. Submit your basic enrollment information and the $500 processing payment.
  2. Our staff contacts you with secure instructions for any identity or immigration documents that must be reviewed.
  3. You complete the TSA FTSP candidate requirements and pay applicable TSA fees directly through the government portal.
  4. DuBois Aviation completes its provider notifications and verifies that all required authorizations are in place.
  5. Training is scheduled only after the applicable eligibility and lawful-status requirements are satisfied.

Refund and approval policy

The $500 fee is refundable if you cancel before DuBois Aviation begins reviewing documents or processing your enrollment. Once administrative processing begins, the fee is nonrefundable because staff time and compliance work have been performed.

Payment does not guarantee visa issuance, TSA eligibility, acceptance into a particular training program, or authorization to begin flight training. Do not email passport or visa scans until our staff gives you secure document instructions.

Is the $500 charge the TSA fee?

No. It is a DuBois Aviation administrative fee. Any TSA security-threat-assessment fee is paid separately through the official TSA FTSP portal.

Can I begin flying immediately after payment?

No. Covered training cannot begin until TSA eligibility, lawful status, and all other applicable enrollment requirements have been verified.

What if I already have TSA eligibility?

Select that status in the form. Our staff will verify your current determination and complete any provider or training-event steps that still apply.
